(VOVworld) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry met in Geneva, Switzerland, on Thursday to seek solutions to the Syrian conflict.

On Wednesday, Riyad Hijab, a coordinator at the Syrian High Negotiations Committee (HNC), said the Committee could reject any agreements between Russia and the US to settle the Syrian crisis which conflicted with the to HNC’s plans.
