Russian news agency TASS quoted Ryabkov as saying that the nuclear talks in Vienna is similar to the previous round of talks with unresolved key issues and some important topics remaining in deadlock, such as the timing and scope of the removal of sanctions on Iran and access to Iran’s nuclear and military facilities. Ryabkov said that one of the important tasks of June 12 talks is to agree on the timing and venue for talks between ministers of the countries involved.

Meanwhile, In Washington, State Department spokesman Jeffrey Rathke Friday admitted the talks were proving “complicated,” but nonetheless said the United States believes a deal can still be reached by June 30.
