(VOVworld) - Russian aerospace defense forces have discovered a group of electronic reconnaissance satellites.Head of Russian Space Command Major-general Oleg Maidanovic, said the devices were put into orbit to spy specifically on facilities on Russian territory.

Commander Maidanovic refused to reveal which states own the satellites.
