(VOVworld) – Russia’s permanent representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Andrey Kelin criticized the Ukraine administration Thursday for hiding information on heavy weapons under the February 12^th Minsk agreement.

Mr. Kelin said that Ukraine’s army has not yet announced a day or a final plan for the withdrawal. If the withdrawal takes 2 weeks and began on February 26^th, it shall be completed next week. Mr. Kelin criticized Ukraine for not providing full information on the location of withdrawn weapons. Kelin asked the OSCE to monitor the Ukraine’s army 2^nd phase of heavy weapons withdrawal, and hailed progress in the agreement’s implementation, as mortar attacks have considerably decreased recently.
