The event which responds to World Health Day (April 7) will involve doctors from K Hospital, National Lung Hospital, and the Vietnam Cardiology and Heart Association.

The public will be able to get an X-ray screening for their lungs as well as diabetes and cancer screenings at the Ly Thai To statue area next to Hoan Kiem lake in downtown Hanoi.

A ceremony will be held to honor outstanding young doctors who made great contributions to community health volunteer activities last year.
