(VOV) – The NA Office and the Ministry of Public Security have issued a regulation on assuring security and safety for NA activities.

The regulation which will take effect early next year spells out process, cooperation methods and specific tasks to safeguard activities of the NA, NA Standing Committee, NA Deputies and NA’s external relations. The regulation institutionalizes NA resolution on improving the quality of NA operation. At the signing ceremony on Tuesday, NA Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong said the two agencies should work out a specific action program: "We should carry out as soon as possible tasks relating to hosting international conferences assigned by ASEAN Inter-parliamentary Assembly especially the Inter-parliamentary Union conference to be held in Vietnam in 2015".
