Quang Ninh is home to Ha Long bay, which has been recognized twice by UNESCO as a World Heritage.

Sa Pa Autumn Festival 2018, which opened in Lao Cai province on Sunday, drew 50,000 visitors. Do Trong Nguyen, Head of Sa Pa’s Culture and Information Division, said the festival, which will run until October 30, includes an art exhibit called “Sa Pa, land and people” and ethnic cultural activities.
