Mr. Ky made the commitment at an investment promotion conference jointly held on Tuesday by Quang Ninh and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

The conference brought together representatives from 21 economies of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum and took place as part of the ongoing meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) in Ha Long city.

Nguyen Tuong Van, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, said, “Quang Ninh will continue to reform its orientations and administration.”

According to Van, the provincial leaders have been ready to talk with businesses and investors at any time, even on holidays and outside office hours to address their difficulties.

“We hope large, multinational corporations will invest in the province. To convince big investors, Quang Ninh will do its utmost and prepare the best conditions to welcome investors,” said Van.
