(VOVworld) - Vice Secretary of the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Thanh greeted Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary Kover Laszlo on Tuesday during the latter’s tour of Ha Long Bay.

Thanh highlighted the local tourism potential, saying the province is rallying resources and hopes to receive Hungary’s assistance in tapping its tourism strengths.

Mr. Laszlo said Hungary wants to extend ties with countries beyond the European Union, like Vietnam. He said he expects that Quang Ninh province will further develop its tourism sector, which, he said, is a driving force of sustainable economic growth.
