This annual cultural and religious festival held at Quan The Am pagoda aims to preserve and promote Buddhist culture and values.

Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Chairwoman of the People’s Committee of Ngu Hanh Son district, said: "The festival is always a popular event, which helps to educate foreign visitors about Vietnamese Buddhism."

Festival activities include a sutra reading ceremony, a photo exhibit on Indian Buddhism, a visit to a Buddhist culture museum, and a boat race. On this occasion, the Buddhism Culture Museum is open to welcome Buddhist followers and visitors.
