(VOVworld) - Vietnamese citizens are invited to comment on draft amendments to the Land Law. The amendments include major issues including land lease, price, bidding process, and dispute resolution. A resident in Cau Giay district, Nguyen Van Thanh, says that this is an opportunity to ensure a long-term land use right:“Land is a national reserve and should be accessible by the people for use. As an agricultural country, Vietnam should ensure a stable and predictable land use policy for farmers, especially long-term right of use.”
