Program launched to donate organic soil to Truong Sa

(VOVWORLD) - A program was launched in Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday to collect at least 500 kg of vegetable seeds and 30 tons of organic soil for soldiers in Truong Sa archipelago and the DK1 platform.

Mr. Vu Dinh Bay of the Ho Chi Minh City Education Management School was the initiator of the program: "16 cities and provinces have registered to donate seeds and soil for the program. The number of donors is increasing. We’re very happy that the program has been supported by many people.”

Under the program that runs till December, seeds and soil will be presented to so  ldiers in Truong Sa island district, and Battalion 171 of the Navy Region 2.
