Mr. Ha said that integration needs an appropriate approach that turns challenges into advantages and development opportunities.

The State should play a leading role in international economic integration combined with pursuing global goals; creating a legal environment, policies, standards, and regulations; raising the awareness of businesses and people on a par with international partners; and turning national brands into international brands, he added.

Vietnam needs to attract foreign direct investment in green energy, high-quality human resources, digital resources, and climate change response through afforestation, according to the Deputy PM.
