(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc told the visiting Mayor of the South Korean city of Daegu, that Vietnam always welcomed foreign investment and pledged more favorable conditions for them to operate in Vietnam. In a reception for  Mayor Kun Jong Jin on Wednesday, the Prime Minister said South Korea remained Vietnam’s leading partner with the top ranking in investment and 2^nd in ODA. He called for more practical cooperation between Daegu  and Vietnamese cities, including Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
