The two leaders affirmed that they always value and give the highest priority to consolidating and strengthening the friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.
Both stated that despite the COVID-19 impact, the bilateral cooperation has maintained its momentum in all fields, in which, the legislatures of the two countries have organized high-level contacts, seminars, shared professional experiences, coordinated and supported each other in regional and global parliamentary forums.
The Lao National Assembly leader expected to forge closer ties between the National Assembly of the two countries. He thanked Vietnam for its great support and assistance to Laos, including the construction of the Lao National Assembly building.
