Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife visit the Vietnamese Embassy staff and representatives of the Vietnamese community in Sweden

At the meeting with Vietnamese expats, Mr. Phuc informed them of Vietnam’s socio-economic situation and expressed his hope that the Vietnamese community in Sweden will contribute more energy and wisdom to national construction and development. Prime Minister Phuc urged them to be united and supportive for each other and promote the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Sweden nurtured by the two countries leaders over the past decades.

During the visit, Prime Minister Phuc is scheduled to hold talks with his host and pay a courtesy visit to the King of Sweden. He will join Swedish leaders in attending a Vietnam-Sweden business forum, and have working sessions with leading officials of a number of major economic groups of the country operating in Vietnam. The Prime Minister will also meet Swedish diplomats, experts and friends and others on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam-Sweden diplomatic relations.
