At a Government meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday, PM Phuc approved the French consultancy company ADPI’s proposal of enlarging the airport to the south, saying that ADPI’s plan is effective in capital and land use and meets economic, technical, security, and safety requirements. Prime Minister Phuc asked the Transport Ministry to link ADPI with domestic consultants to implement the expansion plan.
