(VOVworld) - The 12^th plenum of the 11^th Party Central Committee ended on Sunday in Hanoi. In the morning, under the chairmanship of Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong, delegates listened to a report on personnel issues of the 12^th Party Central Committee. In the afternoon, the closing session was chaired by member of the Politburo and President Truong Tan Sang. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung read a Politburo report on social economic development and state budget issues for this year and plan for next year. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung read a Politburo report on National Assembly and People’s Council election proposals in the term 2016 – 2021. Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong delivered the closing speech.
