President’s order on drug addicts-related ordinance announced

(VOVWORLD) -The President’s order on the ordinance on the procedures for the People's Courts to consider and decide to send drug addicts from 12 to under 18 years old to drug detoxification facilities approved by the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee on March 24 was announced at a press conference on Wednesday.

The ordinance consists of five chapters and 48 articles. It’s applicable for drug addicts from 12 to below 18, therefore has to ensure friendly procedure in line with their age, gender and awareness.
