(VOVworld)- The Presidential Office held a conference to evaluate its performance in 2014 and set tasks for 2015. In his address, President Truong Tan Sang praised the Presidential Office’s efforts in helping the President in internal and external affairs. He said the 2013 Constitution expanded the authority of the State President, so the Presidential Office’s staff need to contribute to institutionalize draft laws to effectively realize the constitution: “Since 2013, the functions and tasks of the State President have changed. Under the leadership of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly has developed laws on the organization of state agencies. Since last year, efforts have been made in building laws on the organization of the state apparatus and other related laws”.
