President Thuong applauded the solidarity of the Party Committee, administration and people of the commune, who have joined hands to successfully build a model rural area.

He said that parallel with economic development, locals must preserve the friendship and neighborliness, and help each other to rise up in life; take care of their children's learning and education to worthy of the tradition of the scholarly homeland.

Earlier, President Vo Van Thuong offered incense at the monument of Party General Secretary Truong Trinh and visited the new road linking Nam Dinh  and Lac Quan and the traditional hall of Vietnam’s textile industry in Xuan Truong district.
