(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang received British Ambassador to Vietnam Antony Stokes to say farewell before ending his term in Vietnam. President Truong Tan Sang said he appreciated the Ambassador’s efforts to strengthen the two countries’ relationship. He extended his thank to the British government for providing ODA and funding Vietnam’s poverty reduction projects. The President said Vietnam treasured the strategic partnership with the UK and believed that more breakthroughs in bilateral cooperation will be recorded.
