(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang on Monday conveyed a message of condolence to his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani for a plane crash in Tehran on Sunday that killed many people. The same day Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent his condolences to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
