The President, Head of the national steering committee for a scheme to build and perfect the law-governed socialist State, hailed the importance of successfully building the Socialist State of Law by 2045 of the People, by the People and for the People based on a sufficient, consistent, feasible, stable, open and transparent legal system in line with international integration.

He once again reiterated the determination for a democracy and justice of equality, humanity and modernity to raise the people’s living standard and national image in the world community.
