Receiving Cambodian Ambassador Touch Sopharat, the President expressed his belief that with her diplomatic experience, the Ambassador will make positive contributions to promoting good neighborly relations, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-term sustainability between the two countries.

Meeting with Saudi Arabian Ambassador Thamer Mohammed Al Gosaibi, the President said Vietnam highly appreciates the role and position of Saudi Arabia in the region, especially in the Arab and Islamic world. He expressed his hope that peace and stability will soon be restored in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.
Congratulating Jean-Francois Harvey on his appointment as the first Ambassador of Dominica to Vietnam, the President requested the Ambassador to closely coordinate with the Vietnamese side to further strengthen bilateral relations, especially in promoting bilateral trade. He also called for Dominica's support in strengthening Vietnam's relations with the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).

The Ambassadors congratulated Vietnam on the successful completion of the elections for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term on March 15. They applauded Vietnam for its achievements, especially its stable growth rate, reaching over 8% in 2025, and its double-digit growth target.
