Speaking at an economic forum in St. Petersburg on Friday, Mr. Putin said relations between Moscow and Washington are now at their lowest point since the Cold War. President Putin said though Russia and the US still maintain dialogues at UN and G20 Forums, the ground for bilateral ties has collapsed. He added Russian and US businesses are experiencing an unfavorable time due to lack of meetings and contacts. Earlier, US President Donald Trump said Russia-US relations are deteriorating as the result of differences over the Ukraine crisis and Syria’s conflicts.
