The Vietnamese delegation is led by President Tran Dai Quang. In his opening address, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party and President of China, said China and many other countries signed the deals on “Belt and Road” cooperation, including projects on transport, infrastructure, energy, news agencies, customs, quarantines, planning, e-commerce, marine issues, and green economy.
