(VOVworld) – Preparations are underway for the 60th anniversary of the Asian-African Conference (AACC), to take place in Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia, from April 19 to 24. 109 Asian and African countries, 17 observer countries, and 25 international organizations have been invited to participate. 30 state leaders have confirmed they will attend the event. The series of meetings will begin with the Senior Official Meeting on April 19, which will be followed by the Ministerial Meeting on April 20, and the Asian-African Business Summit to be held on April 21-22 in Jakarta.
