Working with Nam Dinh leaders, PM Chinh highlighted the province’s advantages including a favorable geographical position, a long coastline, and rich traditions and culture which would support ecotourism and historical and spiritual tourism.   

The PM asked the province to expand its tourism space, speed up the building of coastal routes, boost human resources development, further reform administrative procedures, pay more heed to environmental protection, and ensure social welfare.

The same day, PM Chinh made a fact-finding trip to the construction site of a 51 million USD bridge across the Dao River, the first cable-stayed bridge in Nam Dinh.
