Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc meets foreign tourism investors in Hanoi on Thursday, December 6, 2018

At a meeting with foreign tourism investors who are in Vietnam for the Vietnam Tourism Summit 2018, the Prime Minister said Vietnam has great potential for tourism development and defines tourism as a spearhead economic sector. He urged the investors to help Vietnam boost its tourism sector. Mr. Tony Fernandes, founder and CEO of Air Asia, asked the Vietnamese government to improve its visa policy and attract more investment in upgrading its airports and stations.
