At the meeting in Nghe An province on Saturday, the PM reiterated the political system's determination and the public consensus to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress to build 3,000 km of expressway by 2025 and 5,000 km of expressway in 2030.
He stressed that the construction must guarantee safety, progress, quality, and the estimated cost. Resettlement work should be fast, abide by law, generate job, and ensure people’s lives.
The Prime Minister urged for close, effective coordination between ministries, localities, investors, and contractors.
