PM requests continued allocation of land, preferential credits for social housing

(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh urged Hue city to continue to reserve land, adopt preferential financial policies, and implement credit packages for both investors and buyers or renters of social housing, including a credit package for people under 35 years old to buy affordable apartments.

During his working program in Vietnam’s central region on Saturday, Prime Minister Chinh inspected the West Sky social housing area in the Ecogarden Urban Area, Hue city. Visiting and presenting gifts to households living there, the Prime Minister congratulated them on having new, spacious and modern housing.

Also on Saturday morning, Prime Minister Chinh visited Nguyen Hoang Bridge, the 5th bridge across the Huong River in Hue. The bridge was inaugurated in March 2025, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Hue city's liberation.
