At a reception in Hanoi for Israeli Minister of Labor Rabbi Yoav Ben Tzur, who is on an official visit to Vietnam, PM Chinh also suggested that both sides agree on effective implementation mechanisms, cooperate on training programs for workers, including vocational skills, languages, culture, and legal knowledge, and roll out bilateral cooperation projects in the labor and employment sector, including new areas such as software design.
Mr. Chinh called on Israel to cooperate and support Vietnam in science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and startups; in return, Vietnam will contribute its human resources.
Responding to the Prime Minister, the Israeli Minister said that Israel is ready to cooperate with Vietnam in all fields, including high technology, software, and energy.
Agreeing with the Prime Minister's opinion on speeding up the negotiation and signing of the Labor Agreement between the two countries, the Minister said that while waiting for the agreement to be concluded, businesses from both sides could proceed with direct cooperation to send Vietnamese workers to Israel.
