PM Chinh also handed over decisions appointing Mr. Le Hoai Trung as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Tran Duc Thang as Minister of Agriculture and Environment, and Mr. Do Thanh Binh as Minister of Home Affairs.

In his remarks, the Prime Minister said Ms. Tra is the first female Deputy Prime Minister of the Vietnamese Government.

He expressed his belief that the new Deputy Prime Ministers and new Ministers will join hands with the Government to unite, inherit and promote the traditions and valuable experiences of the Governments throughout all periods; strive even higher on the path of innovation; build a pioneering, exemplary government that wholeheartedly serves the Fatherland and the People, all for the benefit of the Party, the nation and the people.
