Mr. Phuc on Sunday had a dialogue with workers in industrial parks based in the Red River Delta to seek ways to raise productivity and improve social welfare.

Responding to the participants’ complaints on employment, salaries, prices, food safety and living conditions, Prime Minister Phuc said: “The government has mapped out plans on social housing and cultural institutions for workers. 22 million USD has been allocated for a project to build affordable houses in Hanoi. In addition to government efforts, businesses should mobilize all available resources to build social houses, particularly kindergartens, for employees and their families.”

On this occasion, Prime Minister Phuc gave 18 houses and 65 scholarships to disadvantaged workers.
