The Prime Minister said violations including non-compliance, resistance to officials in charge of implementing the measures, spreading untruthful information that causes public alarm or social instability, recycling used medical masks, producing fake goods, hoarding, price gouging, trade fraud, and similar actions must be strictly punished.
