Under the directive, the Prime Minister asked relevant ministries, sectors, and localities to complete the 2018 General Education Program, assuring that there are sufficient facilities and the minimum of teaching equipment is available to meet the requirements for implementing the program.

He said it is essential to develop the 2018 general education program in accordance with set goals and requirements, to complete the planning of the network of higher education and pedagogical institutions.

The Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Education and Training to submit a plan for the compilation of a set of new textbooks in 2025 to the Government who will submit it to the National Assembly.

The Prime Minister also asked provinces and cities to draw up plans to provide textbooks to disadvantaged students of poor families and those in remote areas.
