(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has joined a ceremony to mark the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam News Agency.

He expected the agency to produce more journalistic works of widespread spillover to provide correct social guidance and develop itself into a robust multimedia group: “After 70 years of development history, Vietnam News Agency should overcome challenges to report correctly on the Party guidelines and State policies to implement Party resolutions and State laws while reflecting public aspirations and address pressing issues. Wrong and hostile vies should be combated to protect the State interests and citizens’ legitimate rights.”
