Meeting Chairman of COMAC in Hanoi, PM Chinh called on the company to deal with relevant legal procedures, while also proposing its support for Vietnam’s aviation sector, particularly in exploring aerospace and aviation-related economic opportunities.

He expressed a desire to enhance soft-border connectivity, expand air routes, and build a high-tech ecosystem. In today’s global context, he said, the two countries should support one another, share experience, and jointly unlock new growth drivers.

For his part, He Dongfeng appreciated PM Chinh’s support in advancing COMAC’s cooperation with Vietnamese partners, particularly in improving the legal framework to allow its aircraft to operate in Vietnam.

Agreeing with the host leader’s insights on global trends, He said he hopes for continued support in expanding COMAC’s partnership with Vietnamese firms, not only in air transport but also in the broader development of Vietnam’s aviation industry.
