Prime Minister Chinh requested the two localities to stabilize operations in line with the new administrative model, and prepare well for Party Congresses at all levels.

He emphasized that An Giang and Dong Thap province should strive to achieve growth of over 8%, focus on public investment, stimulate consumption, export, and diversify markets.

The PM stressed the need to care for the people’s lives and encourage locals to participate in law and policy making.
