The Prime Minister requested localities to do a good job of site clearance and resettlement for people displaced by the project. He urged all parties to make efforts to complete the project, opening up new development space for the locality and region.

PM Chinh asked contractors and construction units to speed up the project progress. He said project implementation must be on schedule, ensure technical and aesthetic standards and labor safety, and avoid negative incidents.

Listen to people's opinions in a thoughtful and responsible manner. If there are any problems, work with the local government to resolve them, PM Chinh requested.
