More than 2,000 questions were sent to the Prime Minister who said, “In addition to the State’s support policy, each locality, each household, and each farmer should renew their thinking and production to meet market demand.”  

The Prime Minister held a dialogue with farmers in Hai Duong last year.

600 delegates, including officials, experts, scientists, business people, and representatives of millions of farmers, exchanged views with the PM.
