PM Pham Minh Chinh visits the Academy of Public Administration and Governance, Hanoi, February 28, 2026.

During a visit to the Academy, an institution specializing in undergraduate and postgraduate education, scientific research, international cooperation, and public services, the Prime Minister called for building a comprehensive and inclusive education and research ecosystem.

“The Academy should strongly innovate its training and research programs, ensure that trainees are at the centre and lecturers are the driving force, develop high-quality human resources, and proactively and substantively deepen international integration,” he said.

PM Chinh also urged the institution to take the lead in concretizing the Party’s resolutions, renew training approaches, improve teaching methods and research quality, build a strong contingent of lecturers and policy experts, promote the application of science and technology, and adopt a “Digital – Green – Smart” model.
