In a letter to businesspersons nationwide, congratulating them on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13), Mr. Chinh said that the Government will carry out more measures to help entrepreneurs overcome difficulties and expand their reach. He added that a program of economic recovery and growth, safe and flexible adaptation to the pandemic, and effective control of COVID-19 is being developed.
The Government and authorised agencies will step up reforming institutions, removing obstacles, mobilising resources, and streamlining administrative procedures, to create an open and equal business environment in which enterprises can develop and integrate into the world, he noted.
PM Chinh said he believes that, with their intelligence, talent, vision, mettle, humanity, and patriotism, every businessperson will overcome present difficulties and contribute to the sustainable development of the country.
The Goverment and people also recognize the contribution of overseas businesses in the fight against COVID-19, and will continue creating the best possible conditions for Vietnamese and foreign entrepreneurs and businesses to do long-term business and investment in Vietnam, Mr. Chinh added.
