At the Hanoi dialogue, questions were raised to get unified decisions and policies from the Government and the Prime Minister. Topics included mechanisms, policies, and resources to support farmers in developing cooperatives and agricultural cooperatives; form of production and business organization in line with the value chain; and close linkage between localities in each region and between regions, and global value chains.

Other questions covered mechanisms and policies to move towards the net zero goal, implementation of a project to develop one million hectares of high-quality rice, emissions reduction, and carbon credits.
