Chairing the Government's session on law-making for September to review and comment on nine draft laws in Hanoi on Monday, the Prime Minister emphasized  leadership, direction, investment in infrastructure and other necessary conditions to achieve national growth goals.

Since the beginning of the term, the Government has organized 42 specialized meetings on law-making and commented on 80 draft laws and resolutions. In August and September, the Government continued efforts to finalize draft laws to be submitted to the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
