The four bills are the revised draft Law on Government Organisation, the revised draft Law on Local Government Organisation, the revised draft Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, and the draft Law on Participation in UN Peacekeeping Forces.

The three resolutions are on establishing several ministries in the 15th-tenure Government, on the number and structure of Government members for the 16th tenure, and on addressing issues arising from regulations on organisational restructuring.

PM Chinh highlighted the importance of the laws and resolutions in institutionalising the Party's policies on restructuring Government activities and local administrations, ensuring that they are streamlined, strong, and efficient. He pointed out the need to think about law-making in a new, more practical way to be able to mobilize, open up, and manage all resources to develop the nation.
