In his address, the PM said the Vietnamese Party and State have always considered administrative reform a strategic breakthrough in institutional improvement.
Chinh said it’s an important step toward a socialist rule-of-law state that serves the people and the national development. In the last 9 months, administrative reform contributed to Vietnam’s socio-economic development, he said but efforts are needed to address pending problems. He stressed the need to mobilize and effectively use all resources to recover and develop the country.
