Attending the hybrid event were leaders of ministries, sectors, central agencies, 63 provinces and cities, businesses, and Ambassadors, Heads of Vietnamese Representative Agencies abroad.

The plenary session focused discussion on assessing and forecasting the international economic situation, especially clarifying landmark movements and major trends of the global and regional economies.

The session objectively and comprehensively evaluated economic diplomacy and drew lessons from experience.
