In his address, Prime Minister Chinh asked the local government and people to continue to unite, help poor households, and successfully implement three National Target Programs on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas, new rural building, and sustainable poverty reduction.

“I hope that the villagers will promote the revolutionary tradition, national cultural identity, and the spirit of mutual support, engage in building a healthy, civilized, and modern living environment, and a secured community, prevent crimes and social evils, stay vigilant against sabotage plots by hostile forces, and stay united with the Party to make the homeland more prosperous and civilized,” said Mr. Chinh.
